Oysters three ways

Required Ingredients:

oysters, 24 fresh lemons, 4 prosciutto, 8 feta cheese, 1 plain flour, 50 g corn flour, 50 g green salad, 100 g olive oil, salt and pepper

Step-by-step instructions:

1. For the sauce, heat a little olive oil in a pan, add smooth flour, cover with milk, add salt and pepper and mix.

2. When the sauce thickens, add one whole egg and mix everything together and set aside to cool.

3. Now we open the oysters (with a special or, if you don’t have one, an ordinary small kitchen knife).

4. Wrap 1/3 of the cleaned oyster meat in one feta of prosciutto and pierce it with a toothpick so that it does not open during baking.

5. We will prepare the second part of the oysters for gratin. Place the previously prepared sauce on the meat in the deep side of the shell and sprinkle with cheese. We put it in the oven on the middle level, for 5 minutes, at 200 degrees.

6. Fry the oysters that we previously wrapped in prosciutto on a separate pan over low heat without oil.

7. We will serve our oysters on one plate, raw, baked, wrapped with prosciutto and au gratin.
